President Obama plans to sign an executive order today reversing a Bush-era policy banning federal funding for international groups that promote or perform abortions, according to the Associated Press.
UPDATE, 4:40 pm: The president has signed the executive order.
Yeah, saw that earlier. Good onya, Barack. But as I read somewhere, the Democrats always reverse the ban imposed by the Republicans. And when the Republicans get back in again, they’ll just impose another ban on those federal funds.
Of course, I doubt the Republicans are going to get back in for a long, LONG time. Just like the Liberals over here.
